3 Recipes We Love - Granola | LunchingDaily.com

We eat a lot of granola around here. Everyone seems to like it and I love that I can pack so many grains, nuts, seeds and/or dried fruit into it. So, I thought I would share with you 3 granola recipes that we are loving right now.

Pumpkin Maple Pecan Granola from Minimalist Baker is a wonderful granola that packs in so many fall flavors, Granola Cereal from 100 Days of Real Food which is a great all purpose granola and Chocolate Chip Granola Bars from Weelicious which are seriously addictive.

I have all three currently in the pantry. The two loose granola’s I store in mason jars and the bars I store in an airtight container.

Pumpkin Maple Pecan Granola from Minimalist Baker I usually serve on top of greek yogurt with a drizzle of maple syrup and some fruit. Bananas are especially yummy with it.

Granola Cereal from 100 Days of Real Food is a alternative to store bought cereal. With a cereal monster in the house. and a husband and daughter who love granola cereals I love that this doesn’t have all the additives and sugar of those store bought ones. Its perfect with milk and some berries but it is also great on yogurt or apple sauce.

And the Chocolate Chip Granola Bars from Weelicious are, like I said, seriously addictive but I do consider these a “treat”. They pack well in school lunches and freeze well. One day when I went to get the container of frozen bars from the freezer, and it was half empty I discovered that my daughters were eating them right out of the freezer (they even like them frozen). Yes they like them that much!
